Tom is a veteran of the NYC-area venture and accelerator scene. He previously founded RosePaul Ventures which has a portfolio of 20+ tech start-ups and investments in notable venture funds such as Greycroft Ventures, ff Venture Capital, ER Accelerator. Notable investments include Pond5, LiveLOOK (acquired by Oracle), Kanvas (acquired by AOL). Tom has an MBA from Dartmouth and a BA in Physics from Clark University.
Dan has more than 15 years of venture capital and technology experience, having worked at Google and Millennium Technology Value Partners. He has led or co-led investments in BigCommerce, Envivio (IPO), Glamsquad, Janrain, MarkLogic, SugarCRM, Tremor Video (IPO), Watchdox (Acquired by BlackBerry), Yodle (Acquired by Web.com), and worked on many other investments. Dan has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from University of Vermont.

A leader of various startup initiatives in the New York metro area, Dimitris served as NYC Director of the Startup Next accelerator (acquired by Techstars) and as NYC Organizer of Startup Weekend. Prior to that, Dimitris was at Silicon Valley Bank working closely with early stage startups and was an early member of Placemeter (Techstars NYC).
Passionate about social impact and community building, Onyedika is working with Newark Venture Partners to nurture the most innovative entrepreneurs and companies. Prior to NVP, Onyedika managed the development and marketing of programs for NJ MarketShift, a DoD funded project at NJIT supporting the diversification and growth of New Jersey's Aerospace and Defense sector. Onyedika has extensive experience in luxury goods and apparel marketing and operations. She worked with product teams at Movado on product emersion initiatives for the Scuderia Ferrari, Hugo Boss, and Lacoste lines, and managed new product development for TOME, a womenswear line based in NYC.
Don Katz is the founder and CEO of Audible (an Amazon company) and founded Newark Venture Partners to connect Newark to the east coast technology ecosystem and create New Jersey’s most elite early-stage fund and accelerator. He has served on the board of Uncommon Schools since the organization was founded in 1997 and served as Chairman of Newark’s Brick City Development Corporation in 2014.

Kevin has years of success in the area of B2B/SaaS sales strategy, process, and execution. His experience includes leadership roles with Entertainment Publications (IAC) and Groupon where as VP of Sales Development and Training he built and led the team that supported the fastest growing company in history. A New Jersey native, since returning to the area he has been working with technology company founders, leadership, and sales teams in support of their development and growth.
